<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein since electronic housing discount in a power company is executed under conditions such that a prescribed discount object appliance is installed in the house of a customer, or the like, it is necessary for the person in charge of the power company to confirm the installation of the prescribed discount object equipment, by visiting the customer's house, and that when the discount object appliance is not used after the application of the discount on housing electrification, it is not possible for the power company to grasp its utilization circumstances. <P>SOLUTION: Serial numbers are imparted to every electrical appliance, and electrical appliance information terminal equipment connected to power line communication is installed in the customer's house.
