<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code irregularity collation type key system which can improve strength of a member in an area where an uneven code has been formed. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card key 42 which is constituted by forming a key code on an IC card is used as an emergency key of an electronic key system of a vehicle. Since the IC card key 42 is positioned as an emergency key, it is a key which requires mechanical operation (actual operating action ) at the time of key operation. A hole formation pattern 50 constituted by a presence-or-absence group of a hole 51 is formed on the IC card, and this is used as a key code used for a mechanical key.
