PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam resin molding which is molded by clamping a movable mold and a fixed mold, filling a cavity with a foaming resin material by injection, securing a foaming space by making the movable mold retreat and inducing a foaming reaction to mold the resin material into a desired shape and has improved appearance performance and fitting precision to counters with the distortion of edges and uneven glossiness prevented. SOLUTION: In a door trim lower 30, a movable mold 50 is mold-clamped to a fixed side metal mold 60, the movable mold 50 is made to retreat after injection-filling an foam resin material M, and a foaming reaction is made to act in a state that a foaming space is secured. The door trim lower 30 has a longitudinal wall 33 imparting three-dimensional feeling. The wall 33 has a thin-walled part 34 at the tip , and a gradual thickness changing part 35 in which the thickness of the plate is changed gradually is formed between the longitudinal wall 33 and the thin-walled part 34 so as to prevent the uneven glossiness of the surface of a product.
