PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with easy maintenance, facilitating extraction of a motor and fans from a front face of a casing. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner 1, a first indoor fan 31 and a second indoor fan 32 are arranged in the casing 40 on both sides of a dual shaft motor 30, and they are rotated by the dual shaft motor 30. The casing 40 has a first installation base 41, a second installation base 42, a work opening 43, and a guide member 44. The dual shaft motor 30 and the first indoor fan 31 are installed on the first installation base 41, and the second indoor fan 32 is installed on the second installation base 42 separated from the first installation base 41. The work opening 43 is used when mounting or removing the dual shaft motor 30, and the guide member 44 guides the first installation base 41 in a direction of the work opening 43.
