PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt sleeve driving device capable of keeping a distance between shafts of two pulleys constant, while maintaining parallelism of the two pulleys. SOLUTION: This belt sleeve driving device 1 has the two pulleys 2 laterally arranged in parallel and wrapped around with a belt sleeve 80, a first driving mechanism 10, and a second driving mechanism 20. The first driving mechanism 10 has a first support member 13 slidably placed on a base 11, a first guide member 12 guiding the first support member 13 in the longitudinal direction, and a first driving means 14 driving the first support member 13. The second driving mechanism 20 has a second support member 22 slidably arranged in the first support member 13 and respectively supporting the two pulleys at both ends, a pair of second guide members 23 arranged in the first support member 13, respectively arranged in both end side positions of the pulleys and guiding the second support member 22 in the lateral direction, and a second driving means 25 driving the second support member 22.
