PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly take out sheets stacked on a stage without any burden on a user. SOLUTION: A driving unit of a sheet stacking device 2 is controlled so that a stage 271 is elevated/lowered according to the amount of sheets stacked on the sheet stacking device 2 of an image forming device 1, the stage 271 is automatically lowered to the sheet take-out position by transmitting the stage lowering command when completing a job to be executed by the image forming device 1, and an opening/closing door is operated, and the stage is elevated when it is detected that the sheets are taken out.
