PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a substantial advertising effect on a disk held in a disk type recording medium holder. SOLUTION: The disk type recording medium holder is provided with a holder plate 50 for holding CD, and two surface plates 70a, 70b cooperatively arranged to hold the holder plate 50 in such a way that they can be folded. The holder plate 50 is provided with an acoustic information recording/reproducing part 30 having two IC boards 32a, 32b each of which can reproduce recorded acoustic information and a film board 35 formed with wiring patterns 33a, 34a, 33b and 34b for use in reproducing each of acoustic information recorded in the IC boards 32a, 32b. Further, it has a first conductive part comprising a released portion having a released part between the wiring patterns 33a, 34a and wiring patterns 33b, 34b and opposing against a released part of the surface plate 70b between the wiring patterns 33a, 34a when surface plates 70a, 70b are folded, and a second conductive part opposing against the released part between the wiring patterns 33b, 34b when the surface plates 70a, 70b are fully opened.
