PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus having a display device capable of suppressing an electromagnetic wave without deteriorating the performance of a display part while the printing apparatus does not perform printing without using a countermeasure part. SOLUTION: During printing by the printing apparatus, a method that reduces the electromagnetic wave is employed as a control method of a display means. The strength of the electromagnetic wave generated during printing has the superimposed value of a printing means and the display means.
