PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the skin absorption efficiency of medicine ingredients for treatment, including electrolytic or non-electrolytic ones, impregnated in or applied to a wet medicine sheet without using a separate cell. SOLUTION: The skin absorption efficiency of medicine ingredients including electrolytic or non-electrolytic ones can be improved by the method that the medicine sheet is formed into an outer circumferential high stainless steel-made electrode board 2 with high standard electrode potential, having a penetration hole 2a at its central part; another aluminum-made electrode board 3 with low standard electrode potential arranged inside the penetration hole 2a, with an annular insulator 4 attached to the inner circumferential wall of this penetration hole 2a to serve as an intermediary between the two boards 2, 3. The back of the pair of electrodes 2, 3 with the annular insulator 4 interposed is attached to the medicine sheet surface impregnated with medicine ingredients and this sheet surface is stuck to the skin S. By this, current passing through the skin S is generated between the pair of electrodes 2, 3 due to their potential level differences and improves the skin absorption efficiency of the medicine A for treatment, including electrolytic or non-electrolytic ones without the need to separately use a cell.
