摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire damper allowed to damp, simply manufacturable, and easily included in a blade design. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a turbine damper 36 by a metal injection molding process is disclosed. The damper 36 includes a base section 46 and a wire section 38, and is formed of a nickel group or a cobalt group superalloy. The nickel group superalloy has a composition including 3.1-21.6% cobalt, 0-0.5% iron, 4.2-19.5% chromium, 1.4-7.80% aluminum, 0-5.00% titanium, 0-7.20% tantalum, 0-3.50% niobium, 0-9.50% tungsten, 0-5.40% rhenium, 0-10.00% molybdenum, 0.02-0.17% carbon, 0-1.55% hafnium, 0.004-0.030% boron, 0-0.09% zirconium, 0-0.01% yttrium, 0-1.00% manganese, 0-0.50% copper, 0-0.55% silicon, and residual part including nickel.
