PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus, a reproduction apparatus, a recording method, a reproduction method, and a program to easily process RAW image data corresponding to photographing modes at various photographing times. SOLUTION: The recording apparatus includes image processors 120, 122 and 124 for processing RAW image data, sequentially output from an imaging element by each frame, into reproducible image data and generating processed image data for each frame, a photographing condition obtaining unit 136 which obtains photographing conditions, needed to read respective pixel data out of the imaging element, set when the processed image data are recorded, and a medium recorder 150 sequentially recording the RAW image data by each frame, the processed image data for each frame, and the photographing conditions for each frame to a recording medium for each frame.
