PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge part for controlling a displacement of a vibration film in order to prevent abnormal noise generated when the displacement of the vibration film is increased and the vibration film comes into contact with a permanent magnet via a buffer member. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic transducer includes: the permanent magnets disposed in order at a predetermined spacing and given different magnetic poles alternately; the vibration film disposed opposing the permanent magnet and formed with a meander pattern coil on the surface; and an elastic member which is provided in an outer peripheral part of the vibration film and sags along a direction of the permanent magnet to support the vibration film.
