PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cellular phone with a camera, which can achieve both suppression of deterioration in radio characteristics and improvement of noise resistance performance of a camera interface signal; a control method; and a control program. SOLUTION: The cellular phone with a camera includes at least a control section 10, a radio transmission reception section 20 and a camera section 30, wherein the control section 10 includes a camera I/F 13a which transmits/receives an interface signal to/from the camera section 30 and includes a buffer circuit capable of changing buffer performance. The control section 10 determines whether or not the state of the cellular phone with a camera conforms to changing condition defining the state for changing the buffer performance. A buffer control means for changing the buffer performance of the buffer circuit when it conforms to the changing condition is provided to set the buffer performance high in the usage conditions where a noise possibly occurs to improve noise resistance performance and to set the buffer performance low in the other usage conditions to reduce the influence on the radio characteristics.
