A thickening apparatus using microwave is provided to reduce an installation space, and to thicken a solution rapidly without separate heating sources and a prepared action according to cooling of the solution. A thickening apparatus using microwave includes a support frame(10), a thickening vessel(20), a microwave irradiating unit(60), a stirring unit, and a cooling unit(80). The support frame includes an upper plate(11), a plurality of legs(12), a plurality of wheels(14), a pair of first supporting stands(16), and a second supporting stand(18). The thickening vessel includes a main body(21) of a cylindrical shape, and a pair of covers(26). The stirring unit includes a rotation power source(51), a stirring axis and an agitating vane. The microwave irradiating unit includes a magnetron(62) and a waveguide(66). The cooling unit includes an input and output tank(82), one or more heat-exchange tube, and a heat exchange tank(92). |
