A lacquer chicken by using the deep sea water is provided to improve taste and scent of lacquer chicken by using lacquer extract extracting the lacquer tree or the bark of the lacquer tree which is processed by the deep sea water in thermal process. As to a method of making the lacquer chicken by using the deep sea water less than the depth of water 200m and the lacquer tree or the bark of the lacquer tree, the method for making lacquer chicken comprises the following steps of: a first step which extracts the extracts of the lacquer constituent by using the deep sea water less than the depth of water 200m; and a second step which puts chicken into the lacquer and heats and makes the lacquer chicken. |
