摘要 An estimating method of jitter amount, a method for calculating the correlation between the amount of simultaneously operating signal noise and jitter amount, and recording medium are provided to improve the design quality by checking the noise property from input output pins of semiconductor device. The method for estimating jitter includes the first calculation step and the second calculation step. The first calculation step is performed to calculate the first correlation of the jitter amount and the number of simultaneously output pins. The number of simultaneously output pins is calculated from the input output pins of the power voltage pin neighboring. The jitter amount is generated by the change of the power supply voltage. The second calculation step is performed to calculate the second and third correlations. The second correlation is calculated from the number of simultaneously output pins and the noise amount corresponding to the concurrent output pin. The third correlation is calculated based on the first correlation from the noise amount and the jitter amount.
