A polyurethanes alkyd resin and a water-dispersible enamel paint composition are provided to form a film capable of natural drying, and to reduce harmfulness for environment by not including an organic solvent. A polyurethanes alkyd resin is obtained by reacting diisocyanate and an alkyd polyol resin prepared by a fatty acid, polyfunctional basic acid and polyvalent alcohol and neutralizing the product with amine. The alkyd polyol resin has a hydroxyl group value of 40-100, an acid value of 0-20, and a non-volatile matter of 98 % or more. The equivalence ratio of diisocyanate and alkyd polyol is 0.5 : 2.0 - 2.0 : 1.0. The water-dispersible enamel paint composition comprises a polyurethanes alkyd resin 50-70 parts by weight, pigment 10-30 parts by weight and additive 0.6-6.5 parts by weight.
