A transfer apparatus is provided to prevent the noise caused by friction between the leg and the pinion by using magnetic force as a power transmission element. The driving gear is a pinion(10). The driven gear is a leg(40). The block(30) is fixed to a stator. The driving means(20) is fixed to a block to generate the torque. The guide(50) has a rail(51) and is fixed to a fixing body. The bracket(32) is formed in the block. The fixing groove(31) is formed in the block. The driving means is installed at the fixing groove. The driving means comprises the axis of rotation(21).
