摘要 A high voltage generator for a low voltage DRAM of a cross-coupled charge pump mode is provided to pre-charge a gate by a power voltage in a standby mode by connecting a pre-charge circuit to a gate of a charge transfer switch. A charge pumping capacitor is connected to a charge transfer switch in order to pump charge. The charge transfer switch includes an NMOS charge transfer switch(MN1,MN2) and a coupled PMOS charge transfer switch(MP1,MP2). One terminal of the NMOS charge transfer switch is connected to an input terminal(Vin). One terminal of the coupled PMOS charge transfer switch is connected to an output terminal(Vout). The other terminal of the coupled PMOS charge transfer switch is connected to the NMOS charge transfer switch through a common node. A pre-charge circuit(210,220) is arranged in a gate of the NMOS charge transfer switch. The pre-charge circuit pre-charges the gate of each switch by a power voltage(VDD) in a standby mode.
