This invention provides an electrolytic mist generator comprising an electrode part provided in an electrolytic cell, a piezoelectric element for generating mist of electrolyzed water, a water supply apparatus for supplying water into the electrolytic cell, and a blower fan for discharging mist generated in the electrolytic cell through a mist discharge port. This electrolytic mist generator can realize both the generation of electrolyzed water and the generation of mist of electrolyzed water in the electrolytic cell.
