<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate driving device that is small and has simple structure, and to provide a lens module. <P>SOLUTION: The lens module includes: an optical lens 10 held by a lens holder 41 so that the directions of optical axes coincide vertically, and a moving element 31 disposed in part of the lens holder 41 and made of a material that is attracted by a magnet 21. When the moving element 31 is at the lowest point, the upper end of the moving element 31 is not lower than the upper end of the magnet 21.
