PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified silane compound having antifouling properties and an antifouling coating composition having tight adhesive properties to a base material, and durability.

SOLUTION: A perfluoropolyether-modified silane compound expressed by chemical formula 1 and a coating agent composition containing the compound are provided. In the chemical formula 1, n is 10-70; m is 1-3; p and q are each 2 or 3; R1expresses a 2-4C alkylene; R2expresses a 1-6C lower alkyl or phenyl; R3expresses a 1-6C lower alkylene or phenylene; R4expresses a group represented by =C-(CH2)a-(O)b-(CH2)c- (wherein a and c are each an integer of 0-6; a+c is 1-6; b is 0 or 1); R5expresses a 1-6C lower alkyl or phenyl; and X expresses a 1-3C alkoxy.
