PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolytic solution battery using graphite fluoride superior in low-temperature load characteristics for a positive electrode. SOLUTION: This is a flat non-aqueous electrolytic solution battery having a positive electrode 2 using graphite fluoride as an active material. The positive electrode 2 is constructed by pressure compression molding of a powder consisting of graphite fluoride, a powder-like conductive material, a binder, and an aggregate carbon material, and the aggregate carbon material has an average particle size of 50-1500μm and its BET specific surface area is 100 m<SP>2</SP>/g or more, is included 5 or more and 20 or less in weight ratio against the graphite fluoride.
