<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode support structure in which local heating can be prevented from occurring in a workpiece during electric heating. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode support structure, for applying a load to electrodes (4, 5) used for electric heating a metal plate, comprises at least two members, i.e., the first members (1) to which the electrodes (4, 5) are fixed, and the second members (2) which receive the load from the first members or connect the first members to a load means (9). The support structure in which the two members are joined to each other through an elastic member (3) can uniformly apply the load to the electrodes for electric heating so that the electrodes uniformly contact with the workpiece, and thereby the workpiece can be uniformly heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
