PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition containing specific amounts of a glass filler and a luster particle respectively, having brightness difference in left and right sides of a weld line in a molded article not visually recognized and excellent in optical characteristic and flame retardancy, the resin molded article and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition contains (C-1) 0.005-3.0 pts.mass of a luster particle having an average particle diameter of 10μm to less than 50μm, (C-2) 0.005-2.0 pts.mass of a luster particle having an average particle diameter of 50-300μm, (D) 0.01-3.0 pts.mass of a silicone compound having a reactive functional group and (E) 0.03-1.0 pts.mass of an organic alkali metal salt compound and/or an organic alkaline earth metal salt compound relative to 100 pts.mass of a composition comprising (A) 60-90 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and (B) 40-10 pts.mass of a glass filler having a refractive index difference with the aromatic polycarbonate resin of 0.002 or lower. The polycarbonate resin molded article is formed by molding the resin composition. In the manufacturing method for the polycarbonate resin molded article, the resin composition is injection-molded at a metal dye temperature of 120°C or higher. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
