A Weissella viridescens zen2 which is a probiotic and derived from intestine of fishes is provided to have high lactic acid generation and viability and used for adding in feed. A Weissella viridescens zen2 (KACC 91337P) is isolated inside of intestine of fishes and have antibacterial activity. A method for isolating the Weissella viridescens zen2 comprises: a step of extracting intestine of various fishes and suspending in 0.8% of saline solution; a step of smearing on MRS gar medium and culturing at 30°C for 48 hours to produce colony; a step of screening colony having clear zone; a step of isolating single colony; a step of adding medium containing Vibrio anguillarum, Edwardsiella tarta, Streptococcus sp., and Staphylococcus sp. on MRS agar plate; and a step of culturing selected lactic acid at 30°C and selecting strain which forms clear zone.
