A cleaner type sewer pipe repair device is provided to clean the inside of a sewer pipe quickly while minimizing damage by moving a brush with a centrifugal force. A cleaner type sewer pipe repair device comprises a body(10) expanded by compressed air, guide rollers(20) installed on the front and rear sides of the body, a horizontal support shaft(30) horizontally mounted on the front side center of the body, a pipe cleaning unit(40) which is mounted on the circumference of the horizontal support shaft to clean the inside surface of the sewer pipe, and a rotation driving unit(50) which is supported in the horizontal support shaft and activates the pipe cleaning unit.
