METHOD FOR FABRICATING MICRO-LENS

A manufacturing method of a micro lens is provided to accumulate the micro lens without an additional lithographic process by aligning an active layer of an optical device and the center of the micro lens, and to manufacture the optical device with inexpensive cost. A substrate(200) in which a curved part(210) is formed on the top is supplied. A protective film(220) is formed on the whole upper surface of the substrate including the curved part. A front surface of the protective film is carved to form the micro lens having a radius of curvature on the top of the curved part. The front surface of the substrate including the micro lens is carved to form a shape of the lens.
