An electrochemical biosensor and a measuring device thereof are provided to reduce an error of production lot information by calculating after automatically reading the production lot information by a various connectors. A measuring device of an electrochemical biosensor comprises: an electrode unit(104) including a working electrode and an auxiliary electrode on two plane insulating plates; a micro channel sample cell unit inducing the liquid samples to the electrode unit; a reaction agent layer including an electrochemical transport mediator and an oxidase forming on the working electrode; an electrode connecting unit connecting the working electrode and the auxiliary electrode; and a production lot information indicating unit(500) located on one part of the insulating plate which does not obstruct the connection of electrodes.
