STEADY STATE FLOW TESTER FOR A CYLINDER HEAD WITH CONTINUOUS VALVE PROFILE CONTROL JIG

A steady state flow tester for a cylinder head with a continuous valve profile control jig is provided to test the swirl property of a cylinder head easily by measuring each momentum of inhalation through a torque meter. A steady state flow tester for a cylinder head comprises: a shelf(10) in which a cylinder head is arranged at the upper side; a cam-shaft rotating unit(20) installed at one side of the shelf; an encoder(30) installed at the cam-shaft rotating unit; a valve position sensor(40) installed at the upper side of the shelf; an internal pressure generating unit(50) connected to the lower part of the cylinder head; and a flow meter(60) installed at the internal pressure generating unit. The cam-shaft rotating unit rotates the cam-shaft with being connected to one end of the cam-shaft. The encoder measures the rotation displacement of the cam-shaft. The valve position sensor senses the opening and closing location of the valve installed at the cylinder head. The internal pressure generating unit generates the internal pressure inside the cylinder head. The flow meter measures the flow rate of the air ejected through the internal pressure generating unit after being flowed into the cylinder head.
