<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub heat insulating structure which is not bulky and is easy to handle. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub heat insulating structure comprises a bottom warm keeping body formed in a concave form in which a rim section rises slightly upward and a side face warm keeping body annularly formed so that the whole circumference of the side part of the bathtub might be covered by a flexible sheet-like fibrous material. Further, a film is stuck to a plane on the outside side of the side face warm keeping body and the sheet-like side face warm keeping body is annularly formed by connecting using an adhesive means films of the adjoining sides of the side face warm keeping body each other.
