<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of content by user, more readily than in the conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processing system 10, a display terminal 100a can display the content, designate a desired place of the displayed content and make a user of a display device 100b confirm the desired place. The designated place is described in additional information and transmitted through communication terminals 200a and 200b and a network 300. The display device 100b displays the place designated by the display terminal 100a, preferentially, on the basis of the received additional information when displaying the content.
