PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding member which improves the workability, contact performance, and strength, while reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: A shielding body 31 is constituted by a lap portion 31A, provided by stacking one end 31A1 and the other end 31A2 of a metal plate opposed to each other and a body side cylinder portion 31B for enclosing en electric wire provided in between the one end 31A1 and the other end 31A2 of a conductive plate. A shielding shell 32 is constituted by a lid portion 32A, fit to the end of the body side cylinder portion 31B in a cylinder length direction Y1; an opening 32B provided in the side surface of the lid portion 32A along the cylinder length direction Y1; a flange portion F provided to be projected along the edge of the opening 32B; and a screw hole H provided in the flange portion F.
