PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition in which a troweling operability is excellent and the adhesion between base concrete and the lining material to be laminated is satisfactory, which has no permeation of water and is made into a tough concrete corrosion prevention structure, and in which swelling and peeling do not occur in the lining material, to provide a method for applying a corrosion prevention operation to concrete, and to provide a concrete corrosion prevention structure thereby. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a coating material composition as a water base epoxy resin mortar composition comprising: hydraulic cement; an aggregate; a water base epoxy resin; a water reducing agent; and a viscoelasticity regulator. The weight ratio between the hydraulic cement and water is 0.3 to 0.4, also, the resin solid content is 4 to 10% to the total solid content weight, the total pore amount in a cured material is 0.05 cc/g to 0.2 cc/g, its viscosity directly after mixing is 5 Pa s to 40 Pa s/23°C, also, T.I value is 5.0 to 7.0, and further, the hydraulic cement is white cement. Also disclosed are a method for applying a corrosion prevention operation to concrete where the coating material composition is applied and cured, and a vinyl ester resin coating material or an epoxy resin coating material is subjected to lining and curing, and a concrete corrosion prevention structure.
