PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade holder for attaching a blade point replaceable tip to the tip of a holder body by pressing the tip by a pressing metal, so as to stably and surely clamp the tip even if the pressed part of the tip pressed by the pressing metal is a curved surface. SOLUTION: There is provided a blade holder in which a blade point replaceable tip 20 seated on a tip seat 6 is pressed by a pressing metal 3, and the tip 20 is pulled near to a seat side face 6b of the tip seat 6 to be clamped by a sliding action of a sliding face 13 which is provided on a lower face of the pressing metal 3 and abutted on a slant face 9 provided on a holder body 2. In this blade holder, a tip pressing part 11 is constituted of two semi-spherical projections, the slant face 9 is formed into a V-shape viewed in a sliding direction of the sliding face 13, and further the sliding face 13 is constituted of a spherical face of a semi-spherical projection in contact with the slant face 9 at two points.
