PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly switch each four-way switch valve in switching an operating state by switching the four-way switch valve in each of a plurality of heat source-side circuits where compressing mechanisms are in operation, in a refrigerating device where the plurality of heat source-side circuits are connected in parallel with each other in a refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device 1 is provided with a control means 50 for stopping the compressing mechanism 40 of the heat source-side circuit 11 of which the switching motion is terminated, when the switching motion in the heat source-side circuit 11 excluding the heat source-side circuit 11 of which the switching motion is terminated at the last, in switching the operating state by switching motion of the four-way switch valve 20 in each of the plurality of heat source-side circuits 11 where the compressing mechanisms 40 are in operation.
