摘要 A tip testing device, a measuring method of shear friction factors using the tip testing device and an estimating method for lubricant characteristics using the tip testing device are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by accurately producing shear friction factors and predicting processes and performing net-shape forming. A tip testing device comprises: a mold(140) in which a mold hole(145) for an extrusion member(120) is formed; a punch which is inserted to a center like the mold hole and pressing the extrusion member; an auxiliary mold(130) which is inserted into the mold hole in order to face the punch and supporting the extrusion member; and a centering unit(150) of the cylindrical shape inserted into the mold hole. The centering unit arranges the extrusion member in the center like the mold hole. The extrusion member is inserted into the mold hole with being inserted into the centering unit. The centering unit has a centering unit hole(155) in which the rod is inserted.
