A pharmaceutical composition containing an inclusion complex of DSF (disulfiram) and CD (cyclodextrin) is provided, which enables intravenous, and intramuscular. A pharmaceutical composition for treating alcohol dependence comprises an inclusion complex which is formed by DSF and CD, soluble DSF or non-complex DSF and one more pharmaceutical allowable vehicle. The CD is hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin. The composition is solid phase of liquid phase pharmaceutical form. The solid phase pharmaceutical form is suitable oral or the subcutaneous administration and the liquid phase pharmaceutical form is suitable for parenteral or oral administration. The ration of soluble DSF and comples DSF is 20:80-40:60. A pharmaceutically allowable vehicle for liquid phase formulation is selected from water, miglyol and ethyl olate.
