A temperature sensor circuit is provided to output the exact temperature information by maximizing the variation of the output voltage according to the temperature variation. A temperature sensor circuit comprises a temperature sensing part(10) and a voltage signal output part(20). The temperature sensing part comprises the first sensing part(11) and the second sensing part(12). The first sensing part outputs the first voltage signal(Vct) which is in inverse proportion to the temperature in response to the bias signal(Bias) using the first bipolar transistor(Q1). The second sensing part outputs the second voltage signal(Vpt) which is in proportion to the temperature in response to the first voltage signal and the bias signal using the second bipolar transistor(Q2). The voltage signal output part amplifies the sensing voltage signal outputted from the temperature sensing part.
