A circuit board assembly and a portable terminal having the same are provided to test the accuracy on the connection between circuit boards. A mobile communication module transmits and receives a radio signal to and from a base station, and an operational unit(130) provides key input data to a control unit. A microphone(160) receives a sound signal from the outside and processes the received sound signal in electric voice data. A display unit(120) displays the information processed in a portable terminal.
