A fold-up LED power lamp is provided to protect user from danger by using a plastic transmitting tube instead of a glass tube. A fold-up LED power lamp includes a case and a LED driving circuit board(20). A connection terminal(10a) is installed in a top end of the case. The LED driving circuit board is electrically connected to a connection terminal inside the case. A LED(20a) is mounted on the LED driving circuit board. The case comprises a bottom case(10-1) and a top case(10-2). A bottom ventilation hole(10b) is formed in a center of a bottom surface of the bottom case. A plurality of cylindrical guide tubes(10c) is arranged according to an outer circumference of the bottom case with a fixed interval. A bottom part of the top case is detachably coupled in the bottom case. A top ventilation hole(10d) is formed in an outer circumference around the connection terminal.
