A material for an organic photoelectric device is provided to ensure excellent phosphorescence, high thermal stability, amorphousness, and high solubility to organic solvent, and to prepare an organic photoelectric device with high efficiency and long lifetime. A material for an organic photoelectric device comprises a symmetrical or asymmetrical cycloalkylsilicone derivative compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, the substituent represented by Ra - Rf is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroarylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 aryl group or substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group; and m and n are an integer of 0-6 and m+n >= 2.
