A composition containing a coenzyme Q10 is provided to improve the bioavailability of coenzyme Q10 without emulsifier or surfactant. A composition containing a coenzyme Q10 which bioavailability is improved comprises the effective amount of coenzyme Q10, conjugated linoleic acid, and vitamin E. The weight ratio of coenzyme Q10 and conjugated linoleic acid is 0.01:1-1:1. The content of vitamin E is 5-500IU. A soft gelatin capsule for oral administration contains the composition as an active ingredient. The content of coenzyme Q10 which is contained in the capsule is 5-2000mg. A method for producing the composition comprises a step of mixing a coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E to make in a liquid state.
