A show case apparatus and upgrading method for the same are provided, which enable to upgrade a plurality of show cases through the cable telecommunication or the wireless telecommunication. An upgrading method of the show case apparatus comprises: a step(S101) for controlling the operation of the show case apparatus; a step(S103) which confirms whether the connection request is generated from the upgrade apparatus for providing information or not while controlling operation; steps(S105,107) in which the upgrade information is downloaded and stored in the memory; and a step for drawing out the upgrade information which is stored in the memory and automatically performing upgrading.
