An integrated apparatus for grit treatment is provided to remove sediment in a grit chamber efficiently by integrating sinking, pulling up, washing and dehydrating functions of the grit. An integrated apparatus for grit treatment includes a grit chamber(50), an inclined cylindrical grit unit(41), a grit discharge part(60), a grit separator(100), a pneumatic discharge conveyor(300), and a control panel. A sewage supply tube(10) and a sewage exhaust line(20) are formed on one side of the grit chamber. A grooved hopper portion(53) is formed on the bottom(51) of the grit chamber. An inclined portion(41a) is formed on the bottom of the inclined cylindrical grit unit. The grit discharge part includes a grit discharge tube(61) and an exhaust pump(62). The inclined cylindrical grit unit is rotated by operation of a motor(42) on a driving part(40).
