A transducer(110) receives an ultrasonic reflection signal from an object, and forms a receiving signal according to a channel. A beam former(130A) synthesizes the receiving signal according to the channel, and forms a synthesized signal. A signal assigning part(120) divides the synthesized signal into a dividing signal. A multiprocessor(130B) individually processes the dividing signal, and forms a dividing image data. An image data synthesizing part(140) synthesizes the dividing image data, and forms an image data. An image data processing part(150) forms a pixel data based on the image data. A display part(160) displays an ultrasonic image on a screen based on the pixel data.
