<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound magnetic material having superior magnetic properties usable in the miniaturization of inductance parts such as an inductor, a choke coil, and a transformer and in a high frequency region. <P>SOLUTION: By applying heat treatment to a metal magnetic powder containing Fe, Si, and Al produced by an atomize method, when the diffraction intensity by X-ray diffraction method from (111) is made to be I(111) and the diffraction intensity from (220) is made to be I(220), the metal magnetic powder is adjusted so as to be I(111)/I(220)≥0.025. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
