INTAKE DEVICE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device of an internal combustion engine capable of reducing the harmful components contained in the exhaust gas by a simple structure since an intake air and a vaporized fuel can be sufficiently mixed by promoting the vaporization of a fuel during the cold start of an engine.

SOLUTION: This intake device of an internal combustion engine comprises an engine electronic control unit 16 which has an intake air flow control valve 13 disposed in an intake pipe 11, controls the air flow introduced into a combustion chamber 2b by controlling the intake air flow control valve 13, and controls the temperature of the intake air sucked into the intake pipe 11. The intake device further comprises an intake heater 14 installed in the intake air flow control valve 13 and heating the intake air. The engine electronic control unit 16 controls the temperature of the intake heater 14 so that heat can be transferred from the intake heater 14 to the intake air.
