<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for diagnosing colorectal cancer for making an early clinical diagnosis of the colorectal cancer, and achieving effect of high specificity, sensitivity, and safety. <P>SOLUTION: A genome sequence is obtained by processes of a. extracting an epithelial cell of intestine of a normal human, and comparing with a tissue of colon polyp and a tissue of colon cancer respectively, b. searching a gene cluster with apparent difference by a suppression subtractive hybridization method, and creating a database, c. extracting a colony which is relatively prominently expressed in a cancer tissue by a colony hybridization method, d. further collecting many clinical cancer tissues, and establishing a change of difference expression of a gene by northern blot, real-time PCR reaction, and bioinformatics analysis, e. selecting an optimum gene cluster and generating the genome sequence in a reagent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
