<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral agent for beautiful skin, and a foodstuff containing the agent for beautiful skin. <P>SOLUTION: The oral agent for beautiful skin comprises 1-5 parts by weight of astaxanthin and 10-100 parts by weight of tocotrienol, and the foodstuff comprises the agent for beautiful skin. The ingestion of the preparation can, for example, lead to and maintain skin moisture content (eye area), speckles, freckles, pimples, rashes, dark rings, smoothness, moistness, good tension in a good status, whereby the skin conditions can be kept good. The preparation is useful as a health supplement which has a skin beautifying action.
